Abstract
Kata kunci: pengembangan diri, santri, OSPA (BAPENJAR). Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah; pertama, bagaimana penyusunan program kerja bagian pengajaran dalam upaya pengembangan diri santri? Kedua, bagaimana respon santri terhadap program kerja bagian pengajaran dalam upaya pengembangan diri santri? Ketiga, bagaimana pelaksanaan program kerja bagian pengajaran dalam upaya pengembangan diri santri? Dan Ke empat, apa saja factor pendukung dan penghambat pada pelaksanaan program kerja bagian pengajaran dalam upaya pengembangan diri santri?. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini, dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologis. Lokasi penelitian adalah Pondok Pesantren Putri I al-Amien yang terletak di Desa Prenduan kecamatan Pragaan Kabupaten Sumenep. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi partisipan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi terhadap sejumlah sumber terkait. Analisis data dilakukan selama dan setelah penelitian berlangsung. Pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan dengan perpanjangan keikutsertaan, ketekunan pengamatan, dan triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama,Penyusunan program kerja organisasi santri pondok Pesantren putri I al-Amien (OSPA) Prenduan bagian pengajaran (BAPENJAR) melibatkan beberapa pihak yaitu pengesahan dari pengasuh, harus dihadiri dan disetujui oleh Ustadzah dari majelis pertimbangan organisasi (MPO), harus dihadiri oleh konsultan (ustadzah), pengurus OSPA bagian pengajaran (BAPENJAR) dan naskah program kerja BAPENJAR periode sebelumnya. Kedua, Para santri mendukung dan merasa perlu agar program kerja OSPA bagian pengajaran di pertahankan, agar kualitas keilmuan santri semakin bertambah dan mampu bersaing dengan lulusan pendidikan di luar pondok pesantren. Ketiga, pelaksanaan program kerja berjalan secara kondusif dengan dihadiri oleh pengasuh, konsultan, ustadzah, pengurus dan anggota OSPA . Keempat, faktor pendukungnya yaitu adanya dukungan dari Pengasuh, MPO dan Konsultan, sarana dan prasarana serta kerjasama semua pengurus. Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya yaitu ketika pelaksanaan kegiatan terjadi mati lampu, hujan, santri datang terlambat dan santri (petugas) tidak hafal teks/materi. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, OSPA sebagai organisasi yang ada di bawah naungan pondok Pesantren Putri I al-Amien Prenduan sangat layak untuk dipertahankan dan dikembangkan. Diantara aspek yang perlu dipertahankan adalah program kerja khusus yang memotivasi untuk pengembangan diri santri. Sedangkan diantara aspek yang perlu dikembangkan adalah sarana dan prasarana agar pelaksanaan program kerja tetap berjalan. Studi ini hanya mengkaji pengembangan diri santri melalui OSPA yang adadi Pondok Pesantren. Kenyataannya Pondok Pesantren memiliki banyak keunikan yang sangat urgen untuk dikaji. Dengan demikian, masih tersedia ruang kosong bagi peneliti lain yang akan melakukan penelitian tentang langgar. Keyword: Self-Development, Santri, Putri I Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School Organization (work plan Education Section). The problems in this research are; First, how is the preparation of work plan education section in an effort to develop santri themselves? Second, how is the santri respond to the work plan education section in an effort to develop santri themselves? And Third, what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of the work plan education section in the effort to develop santri themselves? To answer this problems, a qualitative approach to the phenomenological research was conducted. Location of the research was Putri I Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School, which is located in Prenduan Village, Pragaan District, Sumenep Regency. Data collection is done by participant observation, interviews, and documentation of related sources. Data analysis was carried out during and after research. Checking the validity data is done by extending participation, perseverance of observation, and triangulation. The results of the research show that; First, the preparation work plan of santri Putri I Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School Organization (OSPA) education section (BAPENJAR) involves several authorities that are: validation from the leadership of Putri I Al-Amien, must be attended and approved by teacher from organization consideration commitee (MPO), must be attended by teacher consultant, member of OSPA from BAPENJAR and manuscript work plan of BAPENJAR from the previous period. Second, the santri supported and felt need to the work plan OSPA of education section to be maintained, to increase the knowledge quality santri and be able to compete with education graduates outside the boarding school. Third, the supporting factors are the support from the leadership of Putri I Al-Amien, MPO and teacher consultant, facilities and infrastructure as well as coorperation of all management. While, the inhibiting factor is when the implementation of the program occurs blackout, rain, some santri comelate and the officer do not memorize text. Based on the description above, OSPA is an organization under protection Putri I Al-Amien Prenduan Islamic Boarding School is very reasonable to be maintained and developed. Among the aspect that need to be maintained is an excellent program that can motivate santri to develope themself. While the aspect that need to be developed is facilities and infrastructure, so the implementation of the program can run continuesly. This reasearch only examines the self-development of santri through organization in Islamic Boarding School. Factually, Islamic Boarding School has many uniqueness that are very urgent for research object. Thus, there are still available space for other researcher who will conduct research about langgar.
