Abstract

ABSTRAK Ahmad Hariri, 2020, Pendidikan Entrepreneurship Di Organisasi Jhungrojhung Remaja Masjid Nurus Sholihin Tanjung Pademawu Pamekasan, Tesis, Program Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam Pascasarjana Institut Agama Islam Negeri Madura, Pembimbing: Dr. Edi Susanto, M.Fil.I. dan Dr. H. Nor Hasan, M.Ag. Kata kunci: Pendidikan entrepreneurship, Organisasi jhungrojhung. Organisasi Jhungrojhung Remaja Masjid Nurus Sholihin Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Pademawu merupakan suatu wadah bagi remaja Islam yang cukup efektif dan efisien untuk melaksanakan aktivitas pendidikan Islam. Ada satu hal yang membedakan dari Organisasi Jhungrojhung Remaja Masjid Nurus Sholihin dengan organisasi remaja masjid pada umumnya yaitu tidak hanya terpaku pada kegiatan keagamaan yang bersifat ritual ibadah saja, akan tetapi juga memiliki suatu inovasi yakni spirit entrepreneurship (semangat berwirausaha). Itulah yang menarik perhatian peneliti untuk mengetahui lebih jauh tentang pendidikan entrepreneurship di Organisasi Jhungrojhung Remaja Masjid Nurus Sholihin. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah; 1) Bagaimana pelaksanaan pendidikan entrepreneurship di ornganisasi Jhungrojhung Remaja Masjid Nurus Sholihin Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Pademawu?, 2) Bagaimana implikasi pendidikan entrepreneurship terhadap anggota ornganisasi Jhungrojhung Remaja Masjid Nurus Sholihin dan Masyarakat Desa Tanjung Kecamatan Pademawu? Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini, dilakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis fenomenologis. Lokasi penelitian dipilih masjid Nurus Sholihin Desa Tanjung Pademawu Pamekasan, dimana masjid tersebut juga sekaligus sebagai tempat berdirinya organisasi Jhungrojhung Remaja Masjid. Pengumpulan data dilakukan degan metode observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi terhadap sejumlah sumber terkait. Analisis data dilakukan selama 40 hari dari tanggal 02 oktober sampai 10 Dessember. Penelitian berlangsung dengan menggunakan model analisis interaktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendidikan entrepreneurship di ornganisasi Jungrojung Remaja Masjid Nurus Sholihin dilaksanakan dalam pertemuan rutin setiap seminggu sekali yang dikemas dalam bentuk diskusi. Pendidikan entrepreneurship bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sikap entrepreneur bagi anggota Remas maupaun masyarakat sekitar sehingga dapat mecari peluang usaha. Adapun strategi pelaksanaan pendidikan entrepreneurship di ornganisasi Jhungrojhung Remaja Masjid Nurus Sholihin melalui pengkaderan anggota Remas, mendatangkan pengusaha dari luar untuk berbagi ilmu dan pengalaman, dan mengikutsertakan masyarakat sekitarnya. Implikasi dari pelaksanaan pendidikan entrepreneurship di ornganisasi Jhungrojhung Remaja Masjid Nurus Sholihin terhadap anggota Remas maupun masyarakat sekitarnya adalah 1) Dapat memotivasi anggota Remas dan masyarakat untuk mencari peluang usaha, 2) Dapat mendirikan usaha sendiri, 3) Membuka lapangan perkerjaan dan mendapatkan penghasilan. Adapun bentuk usaha yang sudah berjalan adalah pengolahan barang bekas atau sampah menjadi barang siap pakai. Hasil olahan tersebut dipasarkan baik secara konvensional. Berdasarkan uraian di atas, hendaknya organisasi Jhungrojhung Remaja Masjid Nurus Sholihin tidak hanya terfokus pada usaha pengolahan sampah saja, mengingat Desa Tanjug adalah desa agraris alangkah baiknya ada pengolahan hasil pertanian juga misalnya pengolahan kedelai menjadi tempe atau tahu. Pemerintah setempat juga diharapkan dapat memberikan perhatian khusus agar perusahaan rumahan yang bergerak dibidang pengolahan sampah dapat lebih berkembang, misalnya dengan dibentuk paguyuban sehingga mereka memiliki wadah dalam bentuk organisasi yang lebih luas. Jhungrojhung Youth Organization Nurus Sholihin Mosque, Tanjung Village, Pademawu Subdistrict, is a place for Muslim youth to be effective and efficient enough to carry out Islamic education activities. There is one thing that distinguishes the Nurus Sholihin Mosque Youth Jhungrojhung Organization from the mosque youth organization in general, which is not only focused on religious activities that are religious rituals, but also has an innovation that is the spirit of entrepreneurship. That is what attracted the attention of researchers to find out more about entrepreneurship education at the Jhungrojhung Youth Organization of the Nurus Sholihin Mosque. The problems in this study are; 1) How is the implementation of entrepreneurship education in the Jhungrojhung Youth Organization of the Nurus Sholihin Mosque of Tanjung Village in Pademawu District? To answer this problem, a qualitative approach to the phenomenological research was conducted. The research location was chosen by the Nurus Sholihin Mosque, Tanjung Pademawu Pamekasan Village, where the mosque was also the place to establish the Jhungrojhung Youth Mosque organization. Data collection was carried out with the method of observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of a number of related sources. Data analysis was carried out for 40 days from October 2 to December 10. The research took place using an interactive analysis model. The results showed that entrepreneurship education in the Jungrojung Youth Organization of the Nurus Sholihin Mosque was held in routine meetings once a week which were packaged in the form of discussions. Entrepreneurship education aims to develop entrepreneurial attitudes for members of Remas and the surrounding community so they can look for business opportunities. The strategy of implementing entrepreneurship education in the Jhungrojhung Youth Organization of the Nurus Sholihin Mosque through the recruitment of Remas members, bringing in entrepreneurs from outside to share knowledge and experiences, and involving the surrounding community. The implications of implementing entrepreneurship education in the Jhungrojhung Youth Organization of the Nurus Sholihin Mosque to Remas members and surrounding communities are 1) Can motivate Remas members and the community to look for business opportunities, 2) Can set up their own business, 3) Open employment and earn income. The form of business that is already running is processing used goods or garbage into ready-made goods. The processed products are marketed conventionally. Based on the description above, the organization of Youth Jhungrojhung Nurus Sholihin Mosque should not only focus on the waste processing business, considering that Tanjug Village is an agricultural village, it would be better if there is processing of agricultural products, for example processing soybeans into tempeh or tofu. The local government is also expected to pay special attention so that home-based companies engaged in waste processing can be more developed, for example by forming associations so that they have a container in the form of a broader organization.
