Abstract
Keywords: Vocabulary, Teacher Problem, and online class Vocabulary is word need to understand to communicated. It is important to learn vocabulary though before learning four skills in English language learning. During covid-19 teaching learning process has been obstruct by pandemic that demand people to social distancing. During teaching learning process at SDN Buddagan 2 used online class to teach their student vocabulary. Researcher interest to the teacher at elementary school, how they teach their student during pandemic. Researcher decided two research focuses, they are: How teacher teach English vocabulary during covid-19 pandemic using online class on fifth year class in SDN Buddagan 2 and what are the problem teacher face during covid-19 outbreak when teaching using online class at SDN Buddagan 2 at fifth year class. In this research, the researcher uses qualitative as an approach of this research and case study as kind of the research. The researcher uses two instruments in collecting the data interview and documentation. For analyzing the data, the researcher uses OTTR (observe, Think, test, and revise).The result of this research found by the researcher is that the teacher uses two method to teach their student, GTM and Independent method. Using a simple task to complete and to discover the answer by themselves. And the problem teacher face during covid-19 outbreak is lack of direct supervision to supervise the student.
