Abstract
ABSTRAK Ach. Fauzan, 2020, Pengembangan Madrasah Melalui Program Kelas Unggulan di Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Palengaan Pamekasan, Tesis, Program Magister Pendidikan Agama Islam IAIN Madura, Pembimbing: Dr. Buna'i, S.Ag., M. Pd. dan Dr. Mohammad Thoha, M.Pd.I. Kata Kunci: Pengembangan, Madrasah, Kelas Unggulan Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Palengaan Pamekasan merupakan salah satu pendidikan formal yang berada di bawah naungan pondok pesantren Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata. Sebagai pendidikan formal Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Palengaan Pamekasan memiliki dua jurusan, yaitu jurusan IPA (Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam) dan IPS (Ilmu Pengetahuan Sosial). Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan dan output yang baik. Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata memandang perlu adanya pembaharuan dan pengembangan manajemen yang baik agar madrasah mampu bersaing dengan madrasah-madrasah atau sekolah-sekolah lain yang mampu menciptakan lulusanlulusan yang bermutu, unggul dan berdaya saing dengan membentuk beberapa kelas unggulan yang meliputi: pertama, kelas sains al-Qur’an. Kedua, kelas Billingual, ketiga, kelas taruna. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menemukan: (1) Landasan Filosofis pengembangan madrasah yang dilakukan melalui program kelas unggulan, (2) Strategi pengembangan madrasah yang dilakukan melalui program kelas unggulan, (3) Evaluasi pengembangan madrasah yang dilakukan melalui program kelas unggulan di Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Palengaan Pamekasan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian menggunakan studi kasus. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari sumber data yang berupa manusia (human) dan sumber data non manusia (non human). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi non partisipatif, wawancara tidak terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis data kualitatif yang terdiri dari: 1) reduksi data; 2) penyajian data; dan 3) penarikan kesimpulan. Adapun pengecekan keabsahan data dilakukan melalui perpanjangan pengamatan, observasi yang terus menerus, dan triangulasi. Dari hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) Landasan filosofis pengembangan madrasah yang dilakukan melalui kelas unggulan, meliputi: pertama: landasan filosofis dengan adanya kelas unggulan ini berkenaan dengan tugas kepala madrasah yang mana salah satu tugasnya adalah dituntut untuk selalu mengembangkan madrasah yang memiliki ciri khas sesuai dengan kearifan lokal yang ada di Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata, kedua, berdasarkan pada kebutuhan output Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata yang cukup beragam dan sesuai dengan tuntutan zaman, ketiga, landasan filosofis yang mendasar dari diadakannya kelas unggulan ini yaitu karena terinspirasi dari ayat Al-Qur’an Surat Al-Hasr ayat 18, (2) strategi yang digunakan dalam mengembangkan madrasah melalui program kelas unggulan yaitu meliputi: pengembangan kurikulum, pengembangan siswa kelas unggulan, tenaga pendidik yang kompeten dibidangnya, sarana prasarana yang memadai, membentuk kordinator program (koram) di setiap kelas unggulan, (3) evaluasi terhadap pengembangan madrasah yang dilakukan melalui kelas unggulan yaitu ada tiga tahapan evaluasi, ada evaluasi yang dilakukan tiap dua bulanan, evaluasi yang dilakukan tiap semester dan ada evaluasi yang dilakukan tahunan tiap menjelang tahun ajaran baru. xiii ABSTRACT Ach. Keywords: Development, Madrasah, Excellent Class Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Palengaan Pamekasan is a formal educational institution under the auspices of the Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Islamic boarding school. As a formal education, Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Palengaan Pamekasan has two departments, namely Science (Natural Sciences) and Social Sciences (Social Sciences). As an effort to improve the quality of education and good graduates. Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata sees the need for renewal and development of good management so that the Madrasah is able to compete with other schools that are able to create quality, excellent and competitive graduates by forming several excellent classes, namely: the first, science class of the Koran. The Second, Bilingual class. And the third, cadets class. Therefore, this study is aimed to find out: (1) The Philosophical basis of Madrasah development through Excellent class programs, (2) The Strategies of Madrasah development carried out through Excellent class programs, (3) The Evaluation of madrasah development carried out through Excellent class programs at Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata Palengaan Pamekasan. This study uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study research. The Sources of data in this study were in the form of humans and non-human data sources. Data collection techniques through non-participatory observation, unstructured interviews and documentation. Data were analyzed using qualitativedata-analysis consisting of: 1) data reduction; 2) data presentation; and 3) conclusion. Meanwhile, checking the validity of data was carried out through extended observations, continuous observation, and triangulation. The results of the study showed that: (1) The philosophical basis for developing Madrasah through Excellent classes includes: First, the philosophical basis with the existence of this excellent class with regard to the duties of the headmaster Madrasah, one of which is obliged to develop Madrasah, which have distinctive features in accordance with local wisdom in Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata. Second, based on the output needs of Madrasah Aliyah Mambaul Ulum Bata-Bata which are quite diverse and in accordance with the demands of the times Third, The philosophical foundation of holding this excellent class is because it is inspired by the verses of the Al-Qur'an Surat Al-Hasr verse 18, (2) The strategies used in developing Madrasah through Excellent class programs include: curriculum development, student development of Excellent class, teacher competences, and adequate infrastructure, forming a program coordinator in each Excellent Class, (3) The evaluation of the development of madrasah which are carried out through Excellent classes are three stages of evaluation; an evaluation which is carried out every two months, every semester, and annual evaluation before the new school year. xiv امللخص أمحد فوزا،۲۰۲۰ ،تطوير املدرسة من خالل برامج الصف املتفوق يف مدرسة منبع العلوم الثانوية بتا-بتا ابلنجائن ابميكاسان، رسالة املاجستري، كلية الدراسات العليا لقسم الرتبية اإلسالمية جبامعة مدورا اإلسالمية احلكومية ، ا ملشرف: الدكتور بونعي املاجستري والدكتور حممد طه املاجستري. الكلمات الرئيسية: ا لتطوير ، املدرسة ، الدرجة املمتازة مدرسة منبع العلوم الثانوية بتا-بتا ابلنجائن ابميكاسان هو تعليم رمسي حتت رعاية املدارس اإلسالمية الداخلية منبع العلوم بتا-بتا. كتعليم رمسي ، تضم مدرسة منبع العلوم الثانوية بتا-بتا ابلنجائن ابميكاسان قسمني ، ومها العلوم الطبيعية والعلوم االجتماعية. كمحاولة لتحسني جودة التعليم واملخرجات اجليدة. مدرسة منبع العلوم الثانوية بتا-بتا ابلنجائن ابميكاسان ترى احلاجة إىل جتديد وتطوير اإلدارة اجليدة حىت تتمكن املدارس الدينية من التنافس مع املدارس الدينية أو غريها من املدارس القادرة على خلق خرجيني جيدين ومتميزين وتنافسيني ا ، فئة ً من خالل تكوين عدة فصول ممتازة تشمل: أوالً اللغتني ا ، : فئة علوم القرآن. اثني ً ، اثلث فئة الطالب العسكريني. لذلك ، هتدف هذه الدراسة إىل إجياد: )۱ )األساس الفلسفي لتطوير املدرسة من خالل برامج الصفوف املتفوقة ، )۲ )اسرتاتيجيات تطوير املدرسة اليت يتم تنفيذها من خالل برامج الصفوف املتفوقة ، )۳ )تقييم تطوير املدرسة املنفذة من خالل برامج الصفوف املتفوقة يف املدرسة منبع العلوم الثانوية بتا-بتا ابلنجائن ابميكاسان. ا مع هذا النوع من األحباث ابستخدام دراسات احلالة. ً ا نوعي ً يستخدم هذا البحث هنج تتكون مصادر البياانت يف هذه الدراسة من مصادر البياانت يف شكل مصادر بياانت بشرية وغري بشرية. تقنيات مجع البياانت من خالل املالحظة غري التشاركية واملقابالت غري املنظمة والتوثيق. مت حتليل البياانت ابستخدام حتليل بياانت نوعي يتكون من: ۱ )تقليل البياانت. ۲ ) عرض البياانت. و ۳ )استخالص النتائج. ويف الوقت نفسه ، مت التحقق من صحة البياانت من خالل املراقبة املمتدة واملراقبة املستمرة والتثليث. من نتائج البحث ، ميكن االستنتاج أن: )۱ )األساس الفلسفي لتطوير املدارس الدينية من خالل الصف املتفوق يشمل: أوالً: األساس الفلسفي مع وجود هذه الفئة املمتازة فيما يتعلق بواجبات املدير ، حيث تتمثل إحدى الواجبات يف تطوير املدار ا ً س الدينية اليت هلا دائم xv ا للحكمة احمللية املوجودة يف املدرسة ً اخلصائص وفق منبع العلوم الثانوية بتا-بتا ابلنجائن ا إىل احتياجات خمرجات مدرسة ً ا ، استناد ً ابميكاسان ، اثني منبع العلوم الثانوية بتا-بتا ابلنجائن ا ملتطلبات العصر ، ً ا ووفق ً ً ابميكاسان املتنوعة متام ا ، األساس الفلسفي األساسي لعقد هذه اثلث الفئة املمتازة أي ألهنا مستوحاة من آايت القرآن ، سورة احلصر اآلية ۱۸( ، ۲ )تشمل االسرتاتيجيات املستخدمة يف تطوير املدارس من خالل برامج الصف املتفوق: تطوير املناهج الدراسية ، وتطوير طالب الصفوف املتفوقة ، واملعلمني األكفاء يف جماالهتم ، والبنية التحتية. كافيه تشكيل منسق برانمج يف كل الصف املتفوق، (۳( تقييم تطور املدرسة الذي يتم من خالل الفصول املتفوقة ، أي أن هناك ثالث مراحل للتقييم ، وهناك تقييم يتم إجراؤه كل شهرين ، ويتم إجراء تقييم كل فصل دراسي وهناك تقييم يتم إجر قبل العام الدراسي اجلديد.
