Abstract
Keyword : Teachers Feedback, Teaching English Oftentime found that boredom occurs in every learning activitis. This is caused by students reduced enthusiasm for learning, students feel bored and do not focus on the material. So that the learning atmosphere in class is less fun. As a motivator for students, an attempt to restore students enthusiasm to be more motivated in learning, one of which is by implementing feedback in teaching English to seven grade at SMPN 3 Pamekasan. Based on this, there are two focuses of this research are what feedback teachers used in teaching English at the seven grade of SMPN 3 Pamekasan, and how the implementation of teachers feedback in teaching English at the seven grade of SMPN 3 Pamekasan. The researcher used descriptive qualitative method, the data showed in descriptive method because it needed to describe the implementation of teachers feedback in teaching English at the seven grade of SMPN 3 Pamekasan. The data sources in this study were obtained from observation, interview, and documentation at SMPN 3 Pamekasan to English teachers and students. The result of this study indicate that the seven grade of English teacher at SMPN 3 uses the application of teachers feedback to students in the English teaching process. Teachers feedback that teachers implemented feedback to student in teaching English in the form of positive feedback and corrective feedback. Positive teachers feedback given by the teachers to students is appreciating students for their efforts and persistence in learning such as diligently doing assignment and correct answer. Corrective teachers feedback given by teachers to students in criticsm and suggestions so that students are more active in learning and also guide students to increase in the learning motivation. The English teacher of seven grade in implementation of Teacher's Feedback using three stage such as pre teaching, whilse teaching, and post teaching. In pre teaching the teacher guide students to open the class as pray together, and the teacher ask students about the previous material to know so far understanding students and going to the next stage is whilse teaching, in whilse teaching the teacher start to implemented feedback to students, and giving the material. The last stage is post teaching, the teacher close the teaching learning before it the teacher test the students understanding about the material, and the last pray together. The implementation of teachers feedback, the teachers motivate students to be more active i learning English. Students sometimes feel bored when learning takes place because of monotonous learning but the teacher provides a solution to try implemented feeback to students and the result can restore students learning concentration. In addition to using games or others, the implemented of teachers feedback can restore the concentration of seven grade students at SMPN 3 Pamekasan.
